Make sure you have sign up for the "Online Support" system. Since it's a separate system with our shopping cart, you need to sign up for an new account in our "Online Support" page.
In fact, you can just create a new ticket without login. If that is your first ticket you have ever created, you will receive an email with instructions on how to activate your online support account.
